Hi, I’m jerry edwards.
From 1981 to 2020, Jerry was the Founder and Owner of Chef’s Expressions Catering and Events, which has twice been named The National Catering Company of the Year. Jerry holds an honorary doctorate in hospitality and was inducted into the NACE Hall of Fame in 2008. In 2015, he was recognized as a National Industry Icon by the hospitality community.
Over his career, Jerry has won more than 50 industry competitions, including Baltimore’s Best Crab Soup, three ACF Gold Medals, "Best Chef" at the Meals on Wheels Culinary Extravaganza, The Crystal Toque Award in Washington, D.C., The Special Event Award for best event, Baltimore’s "Iron Chef" competition, and the Mid-Atlantic Taste of Elegance competition.
In addition to his culinary accomplishments, Jerry is a skilled public speaker and experienced consultant. He provides expert consulting services for catering companies, restaurants, and hospitality teams, specializing in staff training, public speaking engagements, menu curation, and operational strategy to elevate food and service standards across the industry.
