RESUME- For over 40 years, I have been a professional chef with the utmost curiosity for the world of fine food and wine. At 21 years old, I began Chef’s Express, a small gourmet counter that grew into a Nationally recognized catering company and restaurant.

In 1986 my wife and I visited Napa Valley and fell in Love with God’s country. We unsuccessfully placed a bid for a Napa Valley Farm (now a great winery), but that trip was the impetuous for my love of travel throughout the wine countries of the world to experience their bountiful gifts, unique techniques and storied heritage.

This life has made me specifically qualified to create an Culinary Experience for you.

TRAVEL- Whether it be an unforgettable week in Tuscany, the outskirts of Paris or even Mendoza Argentina, Jerry will deliver a superior unforgettable culinary journey.

CONSULTING- Jerry has been a successful business owner since 1983. During that time and in my spare time, I have assisted hundreds of small business owners in creating systems that work, management techniques that deliver and profit initiatives that strengthen the bottom line

COOKBOOK- My first book, Seasons of Taste came out in 2025, with a second one coming out late 2026. The second book is called Seasons of the Grape.
